Do you hire the stacking chairs out for events?

No, our Grosvenor chairs are for purchase only. The reason we do not hire out the stacking chairs is that these chairs are bespoke created to the desired specifications, and we only hold limited stock of the pre-made styles. With all of the Grosvenor stacking chairs, you can choose the frame, and the colour of fabric to ensure it is befitting to your venue.

Are all of your chairs on the website stackable?

Yes, all the chairs that we supply can stack up to 10 high for convenient storage. All chairs purchased include protective stacking buffers and leg inserts so that each chair is protected when stacked.

Is there a seating weight limit for your chairs?

No, the Grosvenor stacking chairs are made from a strong and durable metal frame that provides everyone with a comfortable seat. As our Grosvenor chairs are used in conferences, events, sports clubs and churches, we have a range of clients who use the chairs to seat a range of people.

Do you deliver to all of the UK?

Yes, no matter where you are based in the UK, we can deliver the Grosvenor stacking chairs to your desired location. As we work with a multitude of organisations, there is no destination in the UK we cannot deliver to.

How long does delivery take?

If you have ordered Grosvenor’s premade styles listed on the website, delivery will take between 1 – 2 days. This is due to us holding some stock of these styles.  However, if you have created a bespoke chair, delivery will take approximately 12 weeks. This takes into account that these chairs will be manufactured specifically for your business or organisation.

What is the delivery charge?

The delivery charge for the Grosvenor stacking chairs can vary depending on your postcode and amount of items purchased. Therefore when placing your order we will notify you of the delivery charges that will be incurred. This appears during the check-out stage when adding items to your cart.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if it is an existing Grosvenor style and if it has been dispatched immediately

the order can be cancelled. However, if you have ordered a bespoke Grosvenor chair there will be a transport charge if the cancellation occurs after 7 days of the order. Therefore you have 7 days from the point of order to cancel your purchase.

Can I rearrange delivery of my order?

Yes, if you require the delivery of your Grosvenor stacking chairs to be amended you can rearrange delivery, but charges may be applicable. If you are concerned about the delivery of your chairs, please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise of the charges and assist you.

Can I add/decrease my order after its booked?

Yes, once your order for your Grosvenor stacking chairs has been made, you can add or decrease the number of chairs you require. However, there is a minimum order of 25 chairs.

What type of fabric is used on your chairs?

The fabric we use across all Grosvenor stacking chairs is Contact Quality Medium Hazard Crib 5. Our chairs are upholstered in this high-quality, durable fabric to ensure comfort, safety and to provide peace of mind that they last the test of time.

This fabric is currently available in over 20 colours to provide you with the option to choose a colour for your Grosvenor chair that is suitable for your organisation.

How long is the fabric guarantee for?

At Grosvenor, we provide 5 years manufacturers warranty on the fabric. This is across all twenty styles and colours that we provide. This way, you can choose a colour option that is most suited to your venue or business without having to compromise on durability.

Do you have a customer service phone number?

Can I view the chairs in advance before purchasing?

Yes, at Grosvenor, we offer the option for you to purchase a sample chair or visit our showroom located in Bishop’s Stortford. This will give you the opportunity to see and feel the quality of our Grosvenor stacking chairs before creating your own bespoke chairs.

Is there a minimum order of chairs?

Yes, the minimum order for our Grosvenor stacking chairs is 25.

Do you operate your service from the UK?

Yes, we are based in Bishop’s Stortford Hertfordshire. Both our warehouse and manufacturing facility is based here. Should you wish to visit our showroom to view our Grosvenor stacking chairs you will see the full operations of how the chairs are made and delivered.

Can I order a fabric sample?

Yes, we can provide you with a free fabric card of all the colour options that we offer. This enables you to see all twenty colours and the quality of the fabric before you decide on the style of your Grosvenor stacking chair.

Can the chair padding be replaced?

Yes, should the padding become flat overtime, we can replace the padding in the chair to ensure you can continue to use the chair without having to fully replace it.

Are the chairs suitable for use outside?

No, the padding and fabric on our Grosvenor stacking chairs are for internal use only. We do not recommend placing these chairs outside.

I’ve found a cheaper quote somewhere else, can you match it?

We cannot guarantee that we can match a quote, as it would depend on the volume and quality of the chairs you have found. However at Grosvenor, we believe in fair prices, therefore you would need to contact our customer service team to discuss the items you have found, from the information provided we could then identify if we are able to match it.

Do the chairs arrive pre-built or need building?

Our Grosvenor chairs will arrive completely built and ready to use. Enabling you to put them into action as soon as they arrive at your venue.

Are the chairs fire resistant?

Yes, all of our Grosvenor chairs are made with Medium Hazard Crib 5 fabric. This means the fabric is resistant to ignition sources and ideal for use within public spaces.

Can I link the chairs together?

Yes, with all of the Grosvenor stacking chairs there are two linking options available. There is the ‘Angle Link’ or the ‘Side-by-Side Link’. The Angle Link is on the leg of the chair, whereas the Side-by-Side Link is on the bottom of the chair. You can view these link styles in our brochure and when you go through the purchasing process online.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Unfortunately, at Grosvenor, we are unable to offer a payment plan, but we can put you in contact with a leasing company who can support you with your financial plan.

When do we pay the Final payment or is payment upfront?

The final payment of your Grosvenor stacking chairs will be taken upon delivery of the chairs. Should you have any queries regarding the payment process please contact our customer service team who will be able to answer your queries.
